Dar es Salaam. Bila shaka ungependa kubaki na mwili wa ujana kwa muda mrefu lakini jambo hilo haliwezekani kwa sababu miili yetu imeumbwa kuchakaa kadiri unavyopitia mabadiliko mbalimbali kuelekea uzeeni.

Kitaalamu, mbadiliko hayo huitwa “degenerative changes” ambayo kwa mujibu wa wataalamu wa afya, yanaambatana na changamoto nyingi zikiwemo kukosa usingizi na kufifia kwa uimara wa maungio ya mwili.
